1.All the students who have secured admission and/or pursuing education in BMU in any of the Undergraduate or Postgraduate courses (any year) at BMU
2.Students whose family income (from all sources) is not more than INR 800,000 p.a. An affidavit by parents shall be given with respect to the same along with salary slip.
3.Students who have scored more than 60% marks in their previous class
NOTE: Children of donors or employees of Karta (Organization) & Buddy4Study are not eligible
- INR 72,000 for annual living expenses or tuition fee
- INR 35,000 for learning device (laptop) - one-time reimbursement over the duration of the course
Assuming BMU to provide certain tuition fee waiver to students from EWS category. Both student and the university will be provided an acknowledgement once the transfer is made.
Every year, scholar has to provide details and documents in an online scholar tracking system to claim their scholarships as per following fund renewal eligibility criteria.
- Proof of continuity of education in subsequent years
- Proof of tuition fee paid receipts for the academic year
- No disciplinary issues
- Scholarship will be transferred on annual basis to scholar (or parent) bank account.
Note:
Scholarship (& subsequent instalments) will be transferred on annual basis to scholars after receiving all details and documents. In a situation, where student/family is not able to pay the institute & provide fee receipts, they can submit Fees letter (issued by institute) to get scholarship amount in advance, however they need to submit the final receipts in online scholar tracking system Final decision will lie with BMU and fund availability
