Eligibility

  • Sportspersons who have represented at state/national level/international in the last 3 years are eligible.

  • The scholarship shall be granted to sportspersons of 14 to 25 years of age.

  • Applicants must be involved in athletics, badminton, chess, cricket, golf, hockey, table tennis, and tennis.

  • The annual family income of the applicant must be less than INR 6 lakh.

  • Open only for Indian citizens.

  • Children of Buddy4Study employees are not eligible for this scholarship.

Benefits:

Scholarships ranging from INR 15,000 to INR 24,000

Other benefits:

 The sportspersons will also be informed about other relevant scholarship programs available for sportspersons.

Jyoti Prakash Scholarship Program for Orphans & Single Parent Children
Eligibility

  • Students who have lost both or either of their parents. 

  • Applicants must be studying in Class 9-12, graduation, or postgraduation courses.   

  • Applicants must have secured at least 55% marks in their previous qualifying examination. 

  • For single-parent children, the annual family income must be less than INR 6 lakh whereas for orphans, the annual income of their guardian must be less than INR 3 lakh.

  • Open only for Indian citizens.

  • Children of Buddy4Study employees are not eligible for this scholarship.

Benefits:
  • For Class 9 to 12 students: INR 15,000 
  • For Graduation students: INR 18,000 
  • For Postgraduation students: INR 24,000

Jyoti Prakash Scholarship Program for First-Generation Learners
Eligibility

  • Students whose parents are non-graduates and are daily wage earners, drivers, farmers, gardeners, plumbers, electricians, security guards, etc. 

  • Applicants must be studying in Class 9-12, graduation, or postgraduation courses.  

  • Applicants must have secured at least 55% marks in their previous qualifying examination. 

  • The annual family income of the applicant must be less than INR 3 lakh. 

  • Open only for Indian citizens.

  • Children of Buddy4Study employees are not eligible for this scholarship.

 

 

Benefits:
  • For Class 9 to 12 students: INR 15,000

  • Applicants must have secured at least 55% marks in their previous qualifying examination. 

  • The annual family income of the applicant must be less than INR 6 lakh. 

  • Open only for Indian citizens.

Jyothi Prakash Students Crisis Support Kind Circle has been launched by the Kind Circle Team. The scholarship fund helps students who are in need of financial support due to factors such as the loss of an earning parent, or a serious family health issue. 

Anybody can donate to this nonprofit scholarship circle and help students continue their education. Your donation will go to the profiles who are selected based on need & merit. You will receive information on how your donation has be used, ensuring transparency. At present, we have over 8000 students who need help with their educational expenses.

All profiles in the Kind Circle platform are verified & receive scholarship amount through the platform. Your donation has the potential to make a big difference & creating a circle of Impact. A small donation could be crucial in making sure that one more person gets access to an education they would otherwise miss out on.

Kind Circle is a noble philanthropic initiative by Buddy4Study where community and compassion comes first. Our mission is to create a safe and supportive 'Circle of Kindness' where individuals can connect, contribute and create scholarships to support the education of needy & meritorious students.
