Eligibility
  • Identify as female student
  • Be an Indian citizen
  • Age should be 22 years or under as of the application deadline date
  • Be a current college undergraduate enrolled fulltime in undergraduate study at an accredited college/university doing the 1st / 2nd /3rd year of college for a 4-year degree and 1st / 2nd year for a 3-year degree.
  • Minimum score of 90% in 12th Board exams
  • Annual Family Income Criteria
    • INR 5L PA & Below for Non Navisite Employee & relatives
    • INR 12L PA & Below for Navisite employee & extended family upto 1st cousin
  • Be pursuing a degree in one of the eligible majors listed below*
    • BE / BTech in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Engineering Technology, Computer Hardware Engineering, Computer Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Game and Interactive Media Design, Information Systems, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Systems Engineering OR any other recognized engineering degree in India
    • Medical Degree: MBBS and BDS
    • BSC: Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Zoology, Botany, Biotechnology etc. Any science / technology stream is allowed
  • Weightage will be given to extracurricular activities, certifications apart from academics
  • Navisite employee’s immediate and extended family members can also apply
Benefits:
  • INR 100,000 for each student.
  • One for Navisite Employee Relative & other for external student

The Navisite's Next Steminist Scholarship Program is designed to help and encourage young women who
comes from lower income families to pursue their passion in STEM (science, technology, engineering
and math). The program provides two $1250 awards to eligible female candidates who are currently pursuing a
degree in STEM.

Mission of Navisite Next Steminist Kind Circle is 

  • To help and encourage young women who comes from lower income families to pursue their passion in STEM
  • To bring diversity to the technology sector by empowering the next generation of female leaders to consider a career in STEM.

This starts with championing a new kind of IT girl. The kind who is empowered and inspired from cradle to career
and uses her intelligence and innovation for the greater good. The kind who is given an equal opportunity to
change the world and does. We call these women Steminists , and it’s time we celebrate.
